  • Panel I : The Proposal on a Dedicated Regulator for the DLT Sector – the MDIA Act; The Proposal on a TAS Act, DLT Platforms, Administrators and Systems Auditors; The Proposal of Certification of Smart Contracts; The Joint Co-ordination Board and the National Ethics Committee
  • Panel II : The Idea of a Technology Arrangement including a DAO, being a Legal Organisation, and possibly with Legal Personality, and other Legal Issues relating to DLT and Smart Contracts
  • Panel III : Virtual Currencies, the Financial Instrument Test and the proposed VC Bill
