Course Outline
During this seminar, participants will have an opportunity to analyse the final Insurance Distribution Directive as well as the legal and regulatory implications the implementation of the Directive will have on the market. The speaker will also provide updates on the current local legislative and regulatory developments and initiatives in relation to the transposition of the Insurance Distribution Directive.

This course is intended for Insurance Companies, Insurance Brokers, Agents and Tied Insurance Intermediaries and Insurance Managers.
