Course Outline
This course is a unique opportunity for all bank employees, employees of financial institutions, practitioners and other interested persons to familiarise and update themselves on the main mechanisms available under Maltese Law to secure obligations. The focus will be on the traditional modes of security and will focus on their use in everyday banking transactions.
Certification
Certificates of attendance will be issued to all participants who attend both lectures.
