The Law of Succession : An Overview of the Law governing the Transmission of an Estate Causa Mortis

Course Outline

This course will not only give you an overview of the law regulating succession, whether testate or intestate, but will also provide an in-depth analysis of the novelty of trusts and foundations in the testamentary field.


Certificate of attendance will be issued to all participants who attend a minimum of three lectures.
