Ganado & Associates, Advocates have set up The Institute of Legal Studies which is owned and operated by Ganado Services Limited (C 31356), a private limited liability company whose registered office is at 171, Old Bakery Street, Valletta, Malta.  The Institute of Legal Studies is intended to act as a vehicle for the dissemination of information about law in Malta. It is felt that a demand for such information exists amongst the legal and commercial communities in Malta and it is the Institute's objective to help meet this demand by providing a platform for the dissemination of practical legal information.

HEAD OF SCHOOL

Dr. Max Ganado LL.D.,LL.M.(Dal.) is a partner with the law firm Ganado & Associates Advocates practising in the field of Financial Services.

Dr. Ganado  has been involved in various Legislation Drafting Committees over the years including those relating to the incorporation of trusts or trusts like devices. He was also Chairman of the Malta Arbitration Centre.

Dr. Ganado has published a book on Marine Cargo Delays as well as various articles on Maritime Law, banking, investment services and voluntary organisations in international publications and has participated in international seminars on such subjects. He is a part-time external lecturer on investment services at the University of Malta.
