The lecture on keeping minutes sets out the legal requirements for all companies in Malta in connection with minutes of Directors’ and Shareholders’ meetings, as well as additional requirements for entities regulated by the MFSA.
The lecture will take you through the process of sending notice of meetings to circulating the minutes to the Board after the meeting. You will also get the benefit of handy hints and tips for enhancing your minute-taking
