Session Outline

The lecture on keeping minutes sets out the legal requirements for all companies in Malta in connection with minutes of Directors’ and Shareholders’ meetings, as well as additional requirements for entities regulated by the MFSA.
The lecture will take you through the process of sending notice of meetings to circulating the minutes to the Board after the meeting. You will also get the benefit of handy hints and tips for enhancing your minute-taking

Who should attend?

The course will be of particular interest to company secretaries, lawyers, anyone responsible for taking minutes at meetings and staff carrying out supporting legal and corporate administrative duties relating to the provision of company secretarial services in all types of professional services and commercial firms

Dr. Annalise Papa

Annalise Papa is a Senior Associate within Ganado Advocates’ corporate team with a particular focus on mergers, acquisitions, continuations and joint ventures. She assists both local and international business clients on a broad range of matters including legal due diligence processes, corporate restructuring and corporate finance projects. Annalise also regularly assists clients with their ongoing corporate and commercial work – both local and cross-border – including the formation and conversion of companies, corporate governance issues, share dematerialisations and voluntary dissolutions.
