Course Outline
The main objective of this course is to focus on the obligations of the MLRO and clearly identify those areas that need to be closely monitored as part of the statutory obligations emanating from current AML-CFT legislation and regulations. The session will also be helpful to assist participants in the development of the Entity Risk Policy.
Who should attend?
This course is mainly addressed to Money Laundering Reporting Officers, Designated Employees, and staff forming part of the Compliance department of the subject person.

Lecturer
Mr. Victor Rizzo Giusti
Victor has a long history with credit institutions and is also a non-executive director of a local bank. During his career, he also served as a MLRO for a credit institution. Between 2012 and 2017, he was the Compliance Officer of GANADO Advocates and responsible for the internal AML-CFT training within the law firm.
