What are the aims of the course?
The aim of the course is for participants to clearly understand:
· The AML-CFT regulatory framework
· The process of Customer Due Diligence
· How to apply a Risk Based Approach
· The circumstances which may lead to filing a suspicious transaction report
· The obligations of record keeping
Who should attend ?
This course is aimed for staff working in compliance and for all those who in their day to day work are also involved in client on boarding or client on going monitoring.
Lecturer: Mr. Victor Rizzo Giusti; Compliance Officer, Equity Wealth Solutions Limited.
Victor has a long history with credit institutions and is also a non executive director of a local bank. During his career he also served as a MLRO for a credit institution. Between 2012 and 2017, he was the Compliance Officer of GANADO Advocates and responsible for the internal AML-CFT training within the law firm.
A certificate of attendance will be issued to all participants who attend the sessions.
