Introducing the Company Service Providers Act

Course Outline

The aim of this session is to provide a review of the main provisions of the Company Service Providers Act (Part I of Act No. XX of 2013) which came into force in December of last year. The session will address how this new legislation will impact company service providers and will highlight the actions that need be taken by practitioners operating in this area. It will also examine the rules which the MFSA has issued on the subject.
