Course Outline
As a member of the legal profession, you will inevitably have to deal with Promise of Sale Agreements and Contracts of Sale. As a notary, you will draft and publish them, as a lawyer, you will represent clients in disputes over them. It is essential, therefore, for you to understand how a promise to buy and a promise to sell become a binding contract. This course will give you a practical insight into Purchasing Property: from Promise of Sale Agreement to final Deed of Sale.
