This course will provide a practical introduction to negotiating the terms of a Loan Market Association Form for Syndicated Commercial Loans. It will consist of a run through of the principal provisions, discussing how these may be amended to be more favourable for either the borrower or the lender.

Participants will be divided into small groups: each group will consist of persons representing the borrower and others representing the lender. The opposing groups will be asked to negotiate the terms of Syndicated Loan Facility Agreement. Mr Richard Ambery, Dr Conrad Portanier and Dr Leonard Bonello will supervise.
