COLLECTIVE INVESTMENT SCHEMES : from Set-up to Launch and Beyond

Course Outline

The programme will cover practical aspects related to the setting up of a collective investment scheme in Malta, including the identification of the type of Fund to be set up (PIF, UCITIS, etc), the structuring of the Fund, the drafting of the various documentation and the MFSA application process.

Who should attend ?

The course is aimed at lawyers, accountants, other professionals and their staff and all other persons who wish to receive practical and updated information on collective investment schemes.


Certificate of attendance will be issued to all participants who attend a minimum of three lectures.
The course has been accredited with 7.5 hours of structured CPE and qualifies for the attainment of Professional Competencies in terms of the MIA CPE Regulations.
