Course Outline
The six sessions on Foundations can be booked individually or as a full course. They will provide participants with a review and a better understanding of the applicable law and practice on Foundations in Malta.
Who should attend ?
The couse is aimed at notaries, lawyers, other professionals and their staff and all other persons who wish to receive practical and updated information on foundations under the recently enacted Second Schedule to the Civil Code.
Certification
Certificate of attendance will be issued to all participants who attend the lecture.
The lecture has been accredited with 2.5 hours of structured CPE and qualify for the attainment of Professional Competencies in terms of the MIA CPE Regulations.
