Causa Mortis Procedures : Steps to be followed after the Death of a Person

Course Outline

This course will not only give you an overview of the law regulating succession, whether testate or intestate, but will also provide an in-depth analysis of the novelty of trusts and foundations in the testamentary field.

Certification

Certificate of attendance will be issued to all participants who attend a minimum of three lectures.
The course has been accredited with 7.5 hours of structured CPE and qualify for the attainment of Professional Competencies in terms of the MIA CPE Regulations.
