The Institute of Legal Studies' mission is to act as a vehicle for the dissemination of information about law in Malta.
To achieve its mission the Institute will:
- provide a forum for the discussion and analysis of legal issues
- provide courses on relevant legal topics of interest to the public in general
- provide courses on legal topics tailored to specific requirements
- support research on topical legal subjects
- publish studies on relevant legal subjects
- develop networks with similar Institutes in other countries to encourage the development of educational and research projects on a cross-border basis
